Comments:  This character is designed for PK, and only begins to peak at 65. Notice no Melee Defense for a LONG time? Of course you do. With heavy armor (ppGSC/K/A), level VII buffs (which he casts by level 50) and the addition of a shield, you won't really need Melee D. While this template will never be resisting OGs/BMs it's own level consistently, it will resist and subsequently eat any Melee hybrid or Life-spec'd archer out there after debuffing them with VIIs. Spec'd Mana Conversion means you will stand a chance to convert dispels (self/other). Spec'd run is necessary because you kill with melee, a 30 starting Quickness would normally mean most melee/archer types would dust you. Once you Leaden Feet/Slowness other them, you won't have a problem sticking. Why 30 Quickness? UA animation speed. Remember in your designs that by level 126, you'll have raised all attributes to their practical maximum of "starting value + 160). It is INCREDIBLY expensive to raise one attribute to 170. All other melee weapons seem to cap at 160, but UA's animation seems to cap at 180. Therefore, when you're buffing VII's, and that OG debuffs you with VII's, you'll still have a base high enough to max your attack speed.
