Comments:  This guy is designed to be able to vuln and kill.  Up until Level 20 cast Imperil on the monsters, then kill it fast with your buffed UA weapon.  Starting at 20, Add a vuln in the mix and you will be able to take down higher level monsters very quickly.  After 20, there are many possibilities for other skills.  I have listed Arcane and Lockpick as two good ones.
