| Exploration Society Letter Quest (Levels 1-20) Special thanks go out to Kirra, for this awesome writeup! Visit the society agent in a starter town and receive two books. One is a guide to the town you received the book at, the other is the society book, listing all society agents and the dungeons the town stamps can be found in. Stamps are always found near where you enter the dungeon; there is no need to move any further into the dungeon. Just pick up your stamp and go. There is a 24 hour timer on the stamp, and it really seems to be 24 hours. I picked up one at about 4:00pm and could not pick it up again until after 4 the next day. A letter stamped in Nanto and turned in at Yaraq will give you the same item as a letter stamped in Yaraq and turned in at Nanto. Stamped letters are traded in to society agents to receive armor, wands, weapons, potions or arrows. There are two kinds of letters: red which give you society items, and gold which give you explorer items. Society Armor is al 60 leather, with the exception of the buckler which is AL 40. Society wands cast level 2 war spells and have a diff of 15. Society weapons have a decent damage rating, sword is 6-12. The big plus is society items are only worth 1p, so are essentially non drop. Letters may be dropped, but stamps and stamped letters are non-drop. Explorer armor has the addition of Impenetrability II. Explorer jewelry casts level 2 spells, Explorer weapons have level 2 skill mastery added. The sword provides Sword Mastery 2, the bow Bow Mastery 2, etc. Explorer wands not only have a level 2 magic mastery spell (such as Life) added, they also cast Mana Conversion 2. Like society wands, explorer items require an arcane lore of 15 to use and have a value of 1p.
