UPDATED ON 23 June, 2003 with Heart of Woe patch updates!

Shivering:

  The Minor Shivering Stone is located inside an igloo at 42.7N  49.8E.  The quickest route is to take subway to Cragstone, then take the Far Horizons Cottages portal, located at 26.1n, 46.3e.  The igloo is surrounded by Glacial Golems.  I am updating the approach as soon as the Frostfell server comes back up and I can get some screen-shots.

Smoldering:

  The Minor Smoldering Stone is located in a fire-cave southeast of Samsur (15.0s  31.2e).  The quickest route here is to take subway to Samsur, then take the Yinar portal, located at 0.8s, 18.9e.  There are Gouts (Level 53) waiting outside in the fire-columns and downstairs next to the stone.  Best bet here is to wear Fire protection and use a frost-sword on them.  Here is a shot of the cave:

Sparking:

  The Minor Sparking Stone is located inside a zefir cave southwest of Mayoi (60.0S, 75.5E).  There are 8 Sufut Zefirs waiting downstairs for you.  I recommend wearing all elemental protections and hitting them with piercing weapons quickly, before they can overwhelm you with their spells.  I will get a screenshot up as soon as the Frostfell server comes up.

Stinging:

  The Minor Stinging Stone is located inside a swamp cave northwest of Shoushi (24.5S  47.4E).  The entire region is overrun with mosswarts.  The cave itself houses about 10-15 sewer rats and a several Soul Trappers and Zealots, so you need to be really careful here.  Best bet is to get inside the cave (but don't go down the stairs) and pick off everything one at a time.  Do not attack anything outside or you will end up with a radar FULL of yellow dots.  Here is a shot of this one:
