The Story So Far...

 On the isle of Marae Lassel there exist these new creatures, looking similar to the Peacocks of our world, but with a much nastier bite...

Step 0: Preparation

Step 1: The Embroidered Bag 

  Journey to the Aun village of Timaru and talk to Aun Whethura:

Aun Whethura the Crafter tell you, "How I miss the birds of my home world!  My brother Ihipura once taught me to invoke their animas for aid.  If you bring me a small bundle of feathers from the Kithless Siraluun that roam the island, I will ask Siraluun to help me make a special headdress for you.  Even better, if you combine FIVE of the smaller bundles into a larger one, I will make a lovely dress.  Here, add the bundles to this special bag, it will keep them from getting rumpled."

Aun Whethura the Crafter gives you Embroidered Bag.

  As you can see, depending upon whether you want the dress or headdress, you will need to kill quite a few Kithless Siraluun.

Step 2: The Kithless Siraluun 

  Kithless Siraluun spawn on the northern portions of the Marescent Plateau, along with Vapor Golems, Virindi Observers and Executors, and other nasty stuff.  The Kithless can be difficult to kill, as it has a lot of health and heals fairly quickly. 

Step 3: Your Reward

  Once you have retrieved the appropriate items, decide which character is going to keep them.  You see, the Dress and Headdress are NO-DROP/NO-GIVE, so you will need to give the feathers to the appropriate character and get them to the Aun village safely with the items.  That character will then have to talk to Whethura to get the NO-DROP/NO-GIVE bag so they can put the feathers in as well.

  When you get there, give the feather (for the headdress) or full Embroidered bag (for the dress) to Aun Whethura to receive your reward:
