Hea Skill Credit / Ebon Spine Harpoon Quest

IMPORTANT NOTE:  There is currently a rumor that if you complete this quest you will be unable to enter the Queen's dungeon and kill the Olthoi Queen.  This is not the case.  --The Spectre

The Story So Far...

The Aun and the Hea Tumeroks are at war.  An Aun Tumerok named Ralirea the poacher is killing Hea Arantah's Sable Gromnies.  Your job - Stop Ralirea!

Step 0: Preparation

Go to the Rea Village, located on the Western side of Marae Lassel.  Talk to Hea Arantah at 47.1N 90.3W.

Young Arantah looks annoyed - which seems to be his natural state.
Hea Arantah tells you, "What? Can't you see I'm busy? I have many responsibilities here!"
Hea Arantah tells you, "That Aun hunter, for one. What's his name?"

Arantah belches loudly as Nyrinua calls over, "Ralirea, my Tah."
Hea Arantah tells you, "Ralirea, yes. Don't CORRECT me, Nyri."
Hea Arantah tells you, "Anyway, this old Aun dustongue - Ralirea - poaches the gromnies of my plateau! If someone would kill him, and bring me that figurine he wears within a day as proof..."

Step 1: Get up on the plateau

I still don't have all the details here, so if you do complete this quest before I finish it all up, please send me an email with more detailed instructions.

You will need to go to Redspire, and head north to the cliffs.  There is a skull in the side of the cliff and a portal.  Jump into the portal to get to the Aun Village.  There you will find a person who will transport you up to the to of the plateau

Step 2: Kill Ralirea the Poacher

UPDATE (11 November): Aun Ralirea spawns randomly atop the Marescent Plateau.  There are several items you will get when you kill her.  The Clay Figurine, Ebon Spine Harpoons (the faster you kill her the more you get) and an Ebon Spine Harpoon (not to be confused with the harpoons, which are thrown weapons.)

Clay Figurine

A small clay totem of a female Tumerok, suspended from a rawhide necklace, taken from the neck of the Aun hunter Ralirea.  The base is inscribed "Mirakah."

Ebon Spine Harpoons

A lightweight harpoon made from the spine of an ebon gromnie found on the Marescent Plateau of Marae Lassel, and bound in bands of coldly glittering chorizite.  This example can be used as a spear.  It was crafted with fine balance by the famed Tumerok hunter Ralirea, of the Aun Xuta, and rewards a talented user. The hunters of the Aun often use these weapons in hunting and fishing.

Step 3: Return to Hea Arantah

Once you kill Ralirea, head back to the Hea town and give the idol to Hea Arantah

Hea Arantah tells you, "You're Ravlen! They told me what you did - you killed that poacher Ralirea! Give me his figurine. Quickly, quickly!"
You give Hea Arantah Clay Figurine.
Hea Arantah tells you, "Wow, great! Ha ha! I warned them not to send their hunters on to my plateau!"
Young Arantah clutches his fist around the little figurine, so tightly the veins in his wrist stand in relief. His eyes flash violet, and after a muffled crunch, clay dust begins to trickle through his fingers. He looks up at you and grins boyishly.
Hea Arantah tells you, "That was a trick my friends taught me, way back when I was driven from Timaru. I could do the same to your head, you know."
Hea Arantah tells you, "I'm kidding! You've been a friend the Hea, and I reward my friends. Here..."
Arantah places his hand on your forehead and his eyes glow blue-white. You feel... enlightened...
You have gained a skill point!
