Step 0: Background

Go talk to Aun Papileona on the shores of the River Volkama (40.4N 78.2W Between Redspire and Bluespire)

Aun Papileona tells you, "Greetings, traveler. I have a grave favor to ask you. In his jealousy, the anima Carenzi has infested the beautiful shrine I built for Raeta with his creatures. I tried to route them myself, but the horrid beasts nearly ripped me to pieces and ate the key to my chest! Until my shrine is cleansed of his defiling presence, Raeta will not return!"
Aun Papileona tells you, "I locked my amulet inside my chest--if you bring it to me as proof that you have driven Carenzi away, I will reward you with the title of Carenzi Slayer. Follow Volkama's riverbanks to the north, and you'll find my shrine."

Step 1: Raeta's Shrine

Here is a map for Aun Papileona's shrine to Raeta, located at 41.7N 78.3W.  Thanks to ACMaps for this.

   When you portal in you will find one door on your right (on down the hall is the exit portal).   You open it up into a large room with lots of doors.   In the floor of the big room is what first looks like a blue pool of water (or at least it did from the angle I saw it).   Its a ramp down.   Once down you can go either direction but I chose 'right'.    As you clear out the area's you will find a second exit portal.   If you go down again you will find a large room with about 20 Carenzi in it.   Most of them are the Borrowers but there are a few Sentry's as well.   If you work it right you can pull a few out at a time to make sure you don't run out of stamina (remember this is low lvl quest).   One of the besties drops Aun Papileona's Key.   Pick up the key and after you kill all the doggies open the chest.

The Aun Papileona's Chest has been unlocked.

Your key is used up.

 In the chest you will find Aun Papileona's Amulet.

Step 2: The Rewards

Go back to Aun Papileona (40.4N 78.2W ) and give the amulet to him.  Here is what will happen and the rewards you will receive:

You give Aun Papileona Aun Papileona's Amulet.
Aun Papileona tells you, "Wonderful! Raeta graces my shrine once again. I now grant you the title of Carenzi Slayer...and further, take this necklace. Whenever you wear it, Raeta will bestow her grace upon you."
Aun Papileona gives you Raeta's Necklace.
